If I'm running a restaurant, I want a professional that I can count on, on time every time, to pick up my used fry oil and other grease. So I'm going to look for a company that specializes in running his route on time every time, regardless of weather, vacations, broke down truck, family problems or any other excuse for being late for the pick up. When the container is full, it's full and needs to be dumped right now, not next week when you get back from vacation.
So include reliability in your sales pitch. And then stick to anything you promise. Else you'll be one of those that ruins it for the other guy.
