The rear system is totally a re-circulation system
Problem is not in your rear AC/Heat system you have exhaust coming in the rear doors or from under the truck.
A check for any exhaust leaks.
B check all door, glass and widow frame seals
Has the vehicle been in a wreak?
Factory exhaust or new system?
Also give us a clue as to your vehicle and equipment/mods.
