Look for black soot on your firewall, behind the turbo. Maybe you have an exhuast leak that is somehow getting into your fresh air intake at the cowl and then into the cab?
Is it soot or maybe dirt/lint? Like how your ceiling fan will collects dust, even while its spinning.
