Found this after doing some digging. I have the same issue, fog on the windows. I don't smell anything however. A couple times recently, I have been told it smells funny when getting inside. Sweet almost... I am guessing the heater core, however I do not have any puddles anywhere...
How hard is this to do on an Excursion?
