I met up with a guy in Tahoe last year who also said it was awesome all the way around. He was pulling a pretty heavy much later model Airstream.. around 11200 lbs.
no mention of any re-gens on a March 09 build.

There is a new re-flash out, my '09 just got it. It completely changes how the regen feels, can't notice anymore, it used to be really annoying (on the highway my wife would say that the engine sounds "like a fat kid running" lol.
