so i pulled the turbo and the vanes are not sticking, but i plan to clean anyways since its off. but as i was checking out the vgtcv, it didnt seem to move as easily as i thought it would, it actually feels stuck, is this normal? any comments or ideas? i included a pic of what i am talking about. please correct me if i am wrong
