First off welcome, secondly don't mess with your 06 diesel especially if your still making payments on it

. I don't mean to sound like a mean person but bio is one heck of a learning curve and if you don't do it right you could be buying a new engine, work shop (or where ever your planing on making it) and or you could end up seriously injured or dead. The best thing for you to do is sit back and

allot there are several communities out on the net that can help you. I personally started to build a processor but after sitting down and trying to allocate the chemicals and calculating the cost to build a processor I found it to be not feasible. The primary problem your going to run into here in the state of Virginia is a chemical supplier that is close to you that wont require you to buy large quantity of material and will be willing to supply you (even though you don't look like a terrorist). You best bet would be investing into a older 7.3L diesel truck and running it on bio SVO or what ever else you might think of due to the lower repair costs. If you insist upon building a processor the first thing I will tell you from my research is DO NOT under any circumstances use a processor with a plastic tank. If you have the money to invest invest into a BioPro processor since it doesn't require much in the way of knowing what your doing. The other advantage of a BioPro processor is your getting something that is quality built here in America and you do not half to hunt down an old hot water heater and convert it. Again please do not take me the wrong way but a 06 diesel that your still making payments on is not something you want to be putting homemade anything into or modifying in any way period.
This company is the first one to my knowledge to have made the Biopro processor available to the public.
