You currently have a 3 or 3.25 in downpipe. The less restrictive exhaust system consist of the 4 in downpipe (largest you can fit in without SERIOUS modifications and a free flowing muffler.
The Econo tune is got from DP-Tuner as part of his lot of tunes. A tow tune has a softer shift since you don't want to jar everything you are towing whereas the econo tune has a faster shift and makes more power but is easier on gas than say an Aggressive 140
