i run a mix of both. probibly 90 percent oil, 10 percent atf and run it as a 50/50 mix in my truck. most of the oil i run is from hondas so its 5w-20
keep in mind im only on my first tank
it smokes just a very little bit at full throttle, but cutting my diesel costs in half is totally worth it.
