Really? Figured since most fit 285/75r16 (~33) on stock springs that with the X springs up front (at least +2.5") I should be able to fit a 1" diameter bigger tire (285/75r17 = ~34) without much problem. Plan to run them on 17x8s with 4.5 BS.
I don't mind trimming the plastic valance or massaging/trimming the plastic fender liner. I appreciate any help before I spend the cash so if my logic is incorrect please let me know.
Anyone else have inputs?

Yeah I found that pic online while searching for tires. Not sure what all that blue f150 had to do to get those to fit. Can't find pics of them installed on the truck but his plan was for BDS 2 1/2" leveling kit along with their 1" rear block kit?
I am hoping that by not going wider than 285s and sticking with 8" wide wheels that I will minimize some of the clearance issues?
