This topic has come up before. I posted the same question in July. Had a few reply to it. Back then the consensus was leave it alone. I have 13K miles on my truck and have not had a reflash since I bought it in July, 08. It runs perfect and I really enjoy the truck. I have not had any reason to go into the dealer, I do my own maintenance. When I bought it they had it up to date with all the necessary recalls at that time and there have not been any critical recalls since other than the reflashes. So my attitude at this point is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
