stock exhaust straight answer
Ok guys I done a search and it was quite overwhelming. Heres where i'm at, I stopped by a muffler shop and was quoted a price of $425 installed for a imco, I think thats right 4" exhaust kit installed. Heres my question. I measured my tailpipe and it shows 3.5" so I would assume thats stock right? Is an extra 1/2 " gonna make that big of a diff? I just installed the smfw and I believe everything is stock, it's a 95 2wd. Will I be wasting $400 with this upgrade or is there a cheaper way out? This is a decked out horse trailer pulling rig, very classy looking not exactly tough looking, so a loud sounding beastly exhaust doesn't exactly fit the truck yet some extra mpg's and more power never hurts anything. What do you experts recommend?
