Usually, you want to avoid the Mom & Pop shops where the diesel sits in a tank for who knows how long. I try go to shops where they have truckers stop by often so the diesel is fresh. Also when you go to M&P shops, the prices are slower to react. So if it falls, they are still up there and if it rises, they are down there. Too much fluctuation for my liking.
