I just picked one up from Napa two days ago for about $35. Part number GPR-109.
When installing, take note of the various connections orientation from old relay vs. new relay. The plastic 'rib' between the connection terminals is the same shape on both, so it's not very difficult to connect the new one correctly. The only thing is once you've made the connections, the bracket will not bolt up to the two bolts holding it down. You will only be able to use ONE bolt, unless you can get enough slack in the wires to turn the new relay 1/4 turn counterclockwise as viewed from the top. Even with only one bolt, it seems to hold it just fine. Just crank the other nut down, or keep it in your glove box/console for possible future use.
It only takes about 5 minutes to change one out. Just make sure you unhook the battery so as not to cause electrical damage/personal injury.
Also, if for some reason you can't change out your relay and need to get the truck started when cold, use a pair of jumper cables. Either jumper both big terminals together or clamp one end to the battery's positive terminal, and the other end to the relay terminal feeding the glow plugs. I had to do that the other morning, before going to get my new relay. Let it heat the plugs up for ~15-45 seconds and it fired right up. Then disconnect your jumper cables, obviously.
