Sounds like a blown headgasket..... Run from the truck unless they will fix it before sale.
They should replace EGR cooler, oil cooler, and head gaskets. If you still are interested in the truck have them put in ARP Studs while the engine is opened up...
FYI my 07 doesnt smoke much at all even when cold..
