Should be covered. I would pull the EGR and look under it for coolant. If coolant is present the EGR cooler is bad. I would pull the oil dipstick and check for presence of coolant. If it is not leaking then it has to be burning it. Might be head gaskets. Are you running a programmer? If so un-install it before taking it to the dealer for repair. My two cents worth.
