You might check with a Cummins engine authorized outlet and ask them what's available (if anything). I was sent to a factory school on those engines before they put them in Dodges and they were actually a mid duty heavy equipment engine----front end loaders, graders, etc. They were supposedly going to have so many industrial uses that there may be brackets, pulleys, etc, available for a belt driven compressor. Can't be of help on the Allison conversion.
