Thanks for the tip. I went back in and found out that my rate is based on my driving 8K per year. Even then I said that I was most likely not going to drive that much, but who knows, it could be 4 K one year and 12 K another. as long as it averages 8k over the life of the policy, they are not going to concern themselves.
To be honest, I am not sure what would happen if I went over that mileage consecutive years.
