I took a look again at the fuel drain valve, its some what wet, but not a lot. Earlier in the day I soaked up all the fuel out of the valley so I could see what was going on. Took it out for a couple of trips to town and looked at it again, no fuel build up. The leaking has stopped, or it is a slow leak that takes awhile to build up in the valley. After checking out some other posts, I have narrowed it down to two things. The o-rings in the drain valve or the return line on the right side of the valley. I will keep an eye on it and see what happens. I have cleaned out the valley and dried everything of. Thanks for your response!
