i took mine in with the programmer on it and they had no touble fixing it under warranty. no defraud, no felony..LOL!!
i only say to take it off to be safe, talk to the machanic at the dealership and they can give you an idea as to how stricked they are. if you drive like a girl and dont chip out your truck you will probably be ok(unless your my daughter); but if you at all like to play or tow they are going to go again its just a matter of when!!
if you ask me the dealers defrauded us by continuing to sell them with out fixing the problem that they knew about from the start so who defrauded who?? LOL!! they have had so much trouble, this should ba a recall issue not a; oh crap!! can i pull this load without blowing my heads???
