How do I know if I have Blown Gaskets?

My 2004 F550 is losing coolant, it is not much, but slowly losing it.
The truck has 152,000 miles. It did run hot once at 97,000 and Ford replaced th e EGR cooler and oil cooler at the same time under warranty. Now it seems to be SIPPING coolant, no white smoke, no milky oil.
How will I know if it is the head gaskets?

Thanks alot guys!!
