Steve..e series 6L isnt same exact eng. (hp/tq etc) as 6L in PSD. Maybe try other forum. But, if still under 3/36 oem warr. it should be covered 100% & fixed or under 5yr.PT warr. if it has one. Why is fmc being evasive, good Q. Maybe diff. in how repairs done, unless something else going on your not saying. I dont know? Good luck!
