There isn't a bypass switch...this old thread was talking about adding one.

The factory clutch switch (mounted on the clutch master cylinder pushrod) has two functions. One set of normally open contacts enables the starter motor circuit, so the engine won't start unless the clutch is pushed in. The other set of normally closed contacts drops out the cruise control when the clutch is pressed.

I added a bypass switch to the circuit that controls the starter motor. Flipped one way, the switch lets the clutch safety switch fundtion normally: you've got to press the clutch to start the engine. Flip to the other side, the starter will crank without the clutch being pressed. (In the middle position, the engine won't crank period)
