'06 Hesitation starting

Hey guys, I have a problem that just started getting real bad today. For the past month or so I have had to give the truck a slight amout of pedal during a cold start. Today I have noticed even while engine warm there is a slight hesitation and delay starting. ie, not firing immediately but a slow rolling increase of rpm while starting. Just minutes ago I jumped of the highway and stopped at the store for 2 minutes and came out and the truck would not start unless I gave it near full throttle and cranked it hard. Only have 10K on filters and getting ready to change them now but doubt thats the problem. Any other thoughts? "O" rings on fuel rail or FICM or maybe something else? TIA for any ideas.
