That should be all you need, but you left out the throttle pos sensor. The Alli needs it to know when to kick down. On the early 90s F6-800's with the 5.9, they had a mount for a compressor with a bracket and power steering pump haging off the back of that. They mount under the injector pump, where Dodges have the Saginaw PS pump. I saw a compressor and MD3060 on 4btswaps in the classifieds.
