Line-X is a top of the line spray in. I recently put one in my '01 PSD. I did an under-rail liner and had trouble deciding between Rhino, Line-X, or a DIY liner. A quick cap of the differences is this... A rhino liner is what is referred to as a cold spray, it goes on almost like a gel and takes anywhere from 3-24 hrs to be set up enough for use. Since it goes on like this it is almost impossible to spray the sides of the bed as thick as the bottom without the liner running, therefore you lose the protection on the sides. I have seen tons of DIY liners put in (mainly Herc's) and they all seem to have the same problem 1) Can't get it thick enough 2) First big time use it begins to peel or flake. The Line-X system is a hot spray and sets up in a matter of seconds allowing the spray to be even throughout the entire bed. It is set up between 80-90% in about 7 hrs I believe. I was in the shop today and a PSD came in with a rhino liner and comparing the two there is no comparison... Line-X takes the win... Just my 2 cents
