I think if this was me I would be looking for anouther dealer
You took it in for a problem and they replaced the steering pump since that wasnt bad does that mean you pay for the pump
If you like the dealer have a talk with the service manager and let him know your not happy
They need to fix it at no coat thats why you have a warranty
You know in hard times like this I never understood why dealers do things like that....
