yes can be oring check all injectors on that bank it will force the fuel out of the rail by allowing compression in to the fuel system also did he put new orings and coper rings on the tip of the injector that goes into the cup after tighten down the injector you will feel the ring compress if done with hand tools if replace orings and coper rings
