I made sure the shaft/tappet was in place on the pump before installing. I also turned the motor over by hand to make sure it was seated properly. The fuel bowl is full, that was the first thing I checked too. For kicks, I tried jumping it with my other car... still no luck. With the new starter she cranking faster than ever, just NO Start ??? Weird....
