The HPOP reservoir is the rectangular unit in front of the fuel bowl. Check to make sure that the fuel bowl wiring harness was plugged back in and that the IPR wiring (which is part of the fuel bowl harness) was plugged back in to the IPR (it is fairly common for folks to forget this connection or knock it off somehow when doing fuel bowl/pump R&R's).
