I don't mean to thread jack but you just described something that may be what i am feeling in my truck now. When I am climbing a hill and get on the go pedal the truck bucks like maybe the tcc lockup is locking and unlocking over and over with no sing song rythm to it. The o/d light is not on or flashing. I tried shutting off the o/d but it seems like it is still there.
