I live in Maryland. I think the fact that I'm 29 and don't own a home is killing me, well, that and the fact that word is out that the F-450 has a GVW of 14,500. What's so frustrating is that all the insurance companies say "Oh, any truck that has a GVW over 10,001 pounds or more is commercial." To which my response is "Do you realize that almost every F-350 SRW and DRW built from 2005 to present technically can't be insured as private vehicle going by your GVW guidelines?" Once I say that I get quite a bit of static on the other end.
I'm going to keep beating the bushes and see what I can shake loose for a lower quote. Wish me luck!!!!!
