The Ford parts department has it, but only for trucks less than about 5 years old.

For my '99, Ford had the entire front driver's seat cushion in tan XLT cloth upholstry until recently. PowerStrokeShop still has it on their catalog website for about $200, but when I ordered it they cancelled the order and said the last one had been sold, and no more were available at any dealer anywhere. And Ford doesn't make them any longer for our old trucks. My Ford dealer looked it up and found one left at a dealer several hundred miles away, but when I called they had sold the last one too.

After spending a coupla hours searching, I couldn't find matching upholstry online . So a week ago I ordered custom-fit seat covers from
Truck Seat Covers that really fit -

Even though I ordered the more-expensive custom fit, they are the kind you slip on over the stock upholstry, so I don't expect to be proud of the fit and finish. They cost $168 for the two "40" front seats, without the "20" middle seat. And they are tan cloth with speckles in the color, but not the same as the factory tan cloth upholstry. I may be able to use upholstry hog-nose rings to tighten them up so they fit better on the seats. It takes a coupla weeks for them to make the custom-fit jobbies, so I'll receive them any day now.

Ford still has the upholstry for trucks less than 5 years old. So if you wanted the entire interior, you could probably order it from the Ford dealer for a 2005 or so. I'll bet it will fit your seats, but the color won't match perfectly. But be prepared for sticker shock.
