Just a little update regarding a delay in delivery of the product. I had placed my order, paid with PayPal and the order was not delivered as of November 4th, 2009. I called Riley Industries (DieselSite) and spoke to Mr. Riley to ascertain as to when it would be shipped. This is what he said.

They were moving to a new housing cap to where the filter is fastened. Instead of a cast housing, they are producing a CNC machined billet housing. Right now they come only as a machined cap in polished aluminum. Shipping/delivery is about a week.

However, they plan to have the housing black powder coated and a decal placed on the product which would delay/shipping for about another week or so.

Since I'm not in any hurry, I opted for the black housing.

One other note. Mr. Riley advises that there will be a discount on the product of $5.00 if the customer provides feedback on the new product. He also advises that the coolant filter sales are very good, to which I told him that his product is well received on the DieselStop website and that the people who are using them are quite happy.
