A few things could be causing this. Check to make sure your electrical connection to your turbo is solid. Remove and clean the EGR valve. If these dont fix it you might have stuck turbo veins. If that is the case you need to remove the turbo and clean the corrosion off of the unison ring. If that does not fix it you might have a bad injector. Ill let others comment as I might have missed another possibility.
