If your truck was:
1) Under 5years old and less than 100K miles; and
2) Was not modified
The headgaskets should have been covered under the provisions of the new vehicle powertrain warranty ($100 deductible would apply though).
If however, you have modified the engine (tuner/module aka "chip, aftermarket intake, etc.....) then it is not covered under the warranty.
