Oregon weight restrictions for towing

Hi All - Have been doing some research to find out how much weight I can legally tow in Oregon but have not found a solid answer.

From what I have seen the GVWR cannot exceed 26,000lbs. Is this correct?

I will be towing hay across the state with my 08 F450; has anyone had problems with DOT pulling them over or making them weigh while doing cross state runs?
