being from oregon, best i can remember is all the scales says rigs over 26000 must weigh. Unless you are towing something obviously large i wouldn't concern yourself with it. I tow quite a bith with my 08 and my moms dually, and we haul tractors with the inlaws equipment trailer and havent been bothered once
