Guess I don't know how to feel the mileage is better. I know how to compute and that tells me if the mileage is better. Still, like I said, even the bio peddlers will admit it has less BTU and therefore less power and mileage as compared to D2 so I don't know how that can be more than a placebo effect.

Bio changes the combustion noise. I am curious as to how you can sit in the truck and hear the injector noise above the engine noise without sophisticated sound filters. Bio has a difference cetane and that does affect the combustion. When I had the regulated return, the engine became quieter. What changed besides the ignition noise from #8 getting the fuel it should have?
