hey man, well i have a custom tuner from elite diesel and its on their "moderate" power setting and it moves out pretty good (however not like in the insanity tune... it moves out like a scolded dog then!

) i'm keeping it in the moderate one now because it still has way more power than stock and its safer for the motor than the insanity. as far as turbo lag, i've had the same question and so far the consensus is a high stall torque converter and eventually an upgraded turbo... but the converter is supposed to help out alot so i am going with that first. hope this helps! nice truck btw!
