For people that don't want to tune their trucks and or have a tuner that does not fuel off idle like a custom tune one solution would be to get a boost fooler. This will make the computer fuel early abd spool faster. It also will allow a little more on the top end. Not all tuners have a boost fooler built in. Most sct custom tunes tune out the factory table for fueling to make a snappier throttle. I'm not completely sure what all tuners have "built in" boost foolers in their tuning. The cost of the boost foolers are about $75-100 bucks. Might be a idea to look into. A few months back there was a discussion about boost foolers on one of the forums. Dave at bd was very helpful.
