Hello all,

I have a 2001 F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab with a short bed. Living in the Northeast, I have just started to get the typical bed rot on both sides of my short bed. I started to think that this might give me an excuse to put a flat bed on the truck with a few tool boxes.
Has anyone else put a flat bed on a short bed? I see them all the time on duallys and 8ft beds, but I haven't seen one on a short bed. The short bed is six and a half feet, but could a flat bed go out to seven feet? I still need to tow so I am guessing I wouldn't want to go much farther out.
Any pictures? Any ideas from you all?
