Today's adventures... and the saga continues....

I unplugged the ICP Sensor and gave her a good cranking, no start.
As far as it being oily as I first suggested, that might have been me when
I was using my allen wrench as a HPOP dipstick. I most likely dripped some
oil on there, I have got it all cleaned up and no further oil has been spotted
yet <fingers crossed>. I cleaned the connector on the passenger side of the
fuel bowl and gave her another good cranking, no start. Next I tried to get the bottom steel fuel line further in the GPR. I'm only abut 1/4" shy from being all the way in to the lip on the steel line. It seems this line got tweaked somewhere along the line of the fuel pump swap. When I was dbl checking the FPR Screen assembly I had to finagle a bit to get the 2 10mm bolts to line up. Not sure if this would cause the no start or not? I will be checking the FPR Pressure tomorrow...
