I guess it would depend on the company rebuilding them. Lots of options out there for you to choose from. Pick a reputable dealer/shop that has a been around for awhile. Don't just go for the cheapest price either, I know it's tough when shelling out that much, but we all know we get what we pay for.
I see Pensacola Diesel has a package for $989 that has everything:
"You are purchasing a kit of 8 remanufactured powerstroke injectors (complete with O-ring installation kit), valve cover gaskets, harnesses, and glowplugs. This is everything you need to do the complete job under the valve covers!"
or just standard rebuilt ones for $139
