Smog Check in Kalifornia
I have heard some vague reports about smog checks on our diesels in Kalifornia. In the past they were not for vehicles manufactured under non-check years. However, I have heard rumors that the new smog checks will be required for vehicles manufactured before the law. Retroactive as it were.
Anyone know about these rumors? What is true? What is not? Where to get official, accurate, information?
