Found the culprit?
So it was the wiring harness down near the fuel bowl.....What I found odd was that he said that the wiring harness itself cannot be replaced. They cut off the bad (IPR?) wiring harness and splice in a new one which is actually the same harness used for the glow plugs. Does this sound correct? It seems FORD would have a way to replace a harness rather than having to splice something....
