Spin on..BF1222-SP is the one with a drain valve for the 7.3
Spin on WIX 33617 is the one with drain valve for the 7.3
Try to cross ref them to the 6.9 filter header threads....
6.9... Thread Size: 7/8-14
7.3....Thread Size: 1-14
