I haven't done the swap so I can't give any actual numbers. I can tell you that cubic inches of CAC volume is not what you need to consider. A 12"x12"x12" CAC would have a lot of volume but would not be very efficient. The surface area is important, height is better than width, and the front half of a CAC is more efficient than the back half (a 2" core will not cool twice as well as a 1" core).
