I looked at the link above, but really didnt want to take the time to read it all. Is there someplace where it says exactly which vehicles will be covered, what the test procedure will be, and what vehicle modifications will be allowed?

I read some stuff that talked about a visible smoke test. This seems very subjective on the part of the person doing the testing?

What if I have already modfied my vehicle? Will a chip cause you to fail this? Larger exhaust? etc? What a PITA this whole thing is gonna be.
