Inferred ebp, which your 6.0 has, is very touchy with exhaust leaks, intake leaks, and aftermarket products. Check your MAF sensor also, and clean it, as the oil from the filter gets on the wires of the sensor and lets dirt stick, causing false readings. Would recommend switching back to stock filter. Could also be a turbo....find someone capable of doing a proper diag. as there are many issues that will give symptoms you describe.
